Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, billing, and access explained

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Assisting Work subscription at any time.

To request cancellation, please email memberships@assistingwork.com.
Your request must be sent from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

2. Notice Period

Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Requests received after this time may be applied to the next billing cycle.

3. Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Communication & Access

Some subscription features, including job notifications, are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email.

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that:
• Their contact details are accurate and up to date
• Their WhatsApp account remains active (where applicable)
• Our emails are not blocked or filtered

Assisting Work is not responsible for missed notifications resulting from incorrect, inactive, or unavailable contact details.

5. Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your cancellation has been processed, we will send a confirmation email.

If you do not receive confirmation within 5 working days, please contact us again.

6. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a payment fails:
• Access to subscription features may be temporarily suspended
• We may attempt to notify you by email

Continued non-payment may result in account termination.
